NB7 Utility Token Terms

1. Scope of Application

1.1

These Participation Terms (“Participation Terms”) govern the requirements for the acquisition, use and – to the extent offered – transfer of the NB7 Utility Token within the digital ecosystem of Drion AI AG, Kantonsstrasse 32, 6207 Nottwil, Switzerland (hereinafter “Drion AI” or the “Provider”).

1.2

The NB7 Utility Token serves exclusively as a utility token within the digital ecosystem of Drion AI AG. It enables the use of certain digital functions, services, applications and other services provided by Drion AI AG. The nature and scope of the respective usage options are determined by Drion AI AG and published on the respective platforms or in supplementary information.

1.3

These Participation Terms supplement the General Terms and Conditions of Drion AI AG DLA-AGB-001. To the extent these Participation Terms do not contain any provisions to the contrary, the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions shall apply accordingly.

1.4

To the extent the NB7 Utility Token is acquired by converting Neos7 Points, the Participation Terms DLA-POINTS-001 shall apply in addition. In the event of any conflict, the provisions of these Participation Terms DLA-TOKEN-001 shall prevail with respect to the NB7 Utility Token.

1.5 These Participation Terms apply exclusively to the NB7 Utility Token.

In particular, they do not confer any corporate participation in Drion AI AG and do not confer any membership, voting, profit-sharing or dividend rights.

1.6

The NB7 Utility Token does not constitute, in particular,

• legal tender,
• e-money,
• a security,
• a financial instrument,
• a capital investment,
• a share in an investment fund, or
• a claim to repayment or interest,

unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.

1.7

Use of the NB7 Utility Token takes place exclusively within the framework of the technical possibilities provided from time to time by Drion AI AG and in compliance with these Participation Terms and the applicable statutory provisions.

1.8

Drion AI AG continuously develops the digital ecosystem. The NB7 Utility Token may therefore in future be used in further applications, services or platforms within the digital ecosystem of Drion AI AG, provided this is contemplated by Drion AI AG. There is no entitlement to specific or permanent usage options.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Eligibility to Participate

Natural and legal persons who hold a valid user account on the platforms operated by Drion AI AG and who have accepted these Participation Terms as well as the General Terms and Conditions DLA-AGB-001 are eligible to participate.

2.2 Requirements for Participation

Participation in the NB7 Utility Token programme requires in particular that

• an active user account exists,
• the required technical prerequisites are met,
• the applicable Participation Terms are complied with,
• and – to the extent required – statutory or regulatory requirements are

fulfilled.

2.3 Identity and Compliance Checks

To the extent required by statutory, regulatory or security-related requirements, Drion AI AG may require the performance of appropriate identity, sanctions-list or other compliance checks. Participation may be restricted or suspended until such checks have been successfully completed.

2.4 Technical Prerequisites

To the extent the NB7 Utility Token is provided or used on a blockchain, the participant is solely responsible for providing and securely managing a compatible wallet as well as the access credentials required for this purpose. Drion AI AG does not take custody of private keys or wallet access credentials, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

2.5 Compliance with Statutory Provisions

The participant undertakes to use the NB7 Utility Token exclusively in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions and these Participation Terms.

2.6 Exclusion from Participation

Drion AI AG is entitled to exclude participants in whole or in part from use of the NB7 Utility Token or to suspend participation if, in particular,

• these Participation Terms or the General Terms and Conditions

are breached,

• statutory or regulatory requirements so require,
• abusive or fraudulent conduct is identified,
• incorrect or incomplete information has been provided,
• or the security, integrity or functionality of the digital ecosystem of

Drion AI AG is endangered.

2.7 No Entitlement to Participate

There is no entitlement to acquire, use or to the permanent availability of the NB7 Utility Token. Drion AI AG decides on participation and access to the NB7 Utility Token taking into account the applicable statutory provisions, regulatory requirements and the legitimate interests of all participants.

3. The NB7 Utility Token

3.1 Purpose of the NB7 Utility Token

The NB7 Utility Token is a digital utility token provided by Drion AI AG as part of its digital ecosystem. It serves exclusively for the use of the functions, services, applications and other usage options offered by Drion AI AG within the digital ecosystem.

3.2 Usage Options

The NB7 Utility Token may – to the extent offered by Drion AI AG – be used in particular for the following purposes:

• use of digital services and platform functions,
• unlocking additional functions or content,
• use of AI-supported applications, including Genie,
• access to premium or value-added services,
• participation in community, bonus or loyalty programmes,
• use within future applications and platforms of Drion AI AG,
• further usage options announced by Drion AI AG.

This list is not exhaustive.

3.3 Further Development

Drion AI AG continuously develops the NB7 Utility Token and its usage options. New functions, applications or integrations may be added at any time, provided this is done taking into account the legitimate interests of users as well as the applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

3.4 No Capital Investment

The NB7 Utility Token serves exclusively as a utility token. In particular, it does not confer any entitlement to:

• corporate participations,

• profit-sharing,
• dividends,
• voting rights,
• interest,
• repayment,
• asset participations, or
• any other capital-market-related rights.

3.5 Not a Means of Payment

The NB7 Utility Token is not legal tender and does not create any obligation of Drion AI AG or third parties to accept it as a means of payment. Any use outside the usage options provided by Drion AI AG is solely at the respective user’s own risk.

3.6 Technological Basis

The NB7 Utility Token may be based on one or more blockchain technologies or comparable distributed-ledger technologies. Drion AI AG is entitled to further develop or adapt the technical infrastructure, provided that the legitimate interests of users are adequately taken into account.

3.7 No Entitlement to Preservation of Value

The NB7 Utility Token serves the use of digital functions within the digital ecosystem of Drion AI AG. Drion AI AG does not warrant any particular economic value, any appreciation in value or the tradability of the NB7 Utility Token.

3.8 Supplementary Information

Further information on the NB7 Utility Token, its technical design and its usage options is set out in the then-current DLA-WP-001 – NB7 Utility Token Whitepaper.

4. Acquisition of the NB7 Utility Token

4.1 Principle

The NB7 Utility Token may be acquired exclusively in accordance with these Participation Terms and the terms published from time to time by Drion AI AG. There is no entitlement to acquire the NB7 Utility Token or to its availability at any time.

4.2 Acquisition Options

The NB7 Utility Token may be acquired in particular by:

• direct acquisition via platforms or

applications provided by Drion AI AG,

• optional conversion of Neos7 Points in accordance with the Participation Terms

DLA-POINTS-001,

• participation in special programmes, promotions or campaigns,
• reward or incentive programmes,
• as well as further acquisition options announced by Drion AI AG.

This list is not exhaustive. The respective requirements, conversion ratios and technical processes for converting Neos7 Points into NB7 Utility Tokens are governed exclusively by the terms published at the time of conversion as well as the supplementary Participation Terms DLA-POINTS- 001 and DLA-TOKEN-001.

4.3 Requirements for Acquisition

Acquisition of the NB7 Utility Token requires that all technical, organisational and, where applicable, statutory and regulatory requirements specified by Drion AI AG are met. This may include, in particular, identity checks, the use of a compatible blockchain wallet or further security measures.

4.4 Completion of Acquisition

Acquisition is deemed completed only once the transaction has been successfully executed and the NB7 Utility Token has been credited to the authorised wallet or user account. Technical delays, network confirmations or blockchain-related processing times remain reserved.

4.5 Fees and Transaction Costs

To the extent network fees (gas fees), payment fees or other transaction costs arise in connection with the acquisition of the NB7 Utility Token, these will – to the extent technically possible – be displayed prior to completion of the acquisition process. Responsibility for such fees is determined by the terms published from time to time.

4.6 Refusal of Acquisition

Drion AI AG is entitled to refuse an acquisition process or to reverse it if, in particular:

• statutory or regulatory requirements so require,
• there is a suspicion of abuse or fraudulent conduct,
• technical errors exist,
• incorrect information has been provided, or
• the requirements of these Participation Terms are not met.

4.7 Changes to Acquisition Options

Drion AI AG is entitled to adapt, expand or restrict the options for acquiring the NB7 Utility Token, taking into account the legitimate interests of users as well as for technical, economic, legal or regulatory reasons. Users will be informed of material changes in an appropriate manner.

5. Use of the NB7 Utility Token

5.1 Principle

The NB7 Utility Token may be used exclusively within the digital ecosystem of Drion AI AG and for the functions, applications and services provided from time to time by Drion AI AG. The specific usage options are determined by Drion AI AG and published on the respective platforms or in supplementary information.

5.2 Usage Options

The NB7 Utility Token may in particular be used for the following purposes:

• unlocking and use of digital services and platform functions,
• use of AI-supported applications and services, including Genie,
• access to premium functions and exclusive offers,
• use of chargeable services or subscriptions,
• participation in community, bonus or incentive programmes,
• use within future platforms, applications or services of Drion AI

AG,

• further areas of application announced by Drion AI AG.

This list is not exhaustive.

5.3 Requirements for Use

Use of the NB7 Utility Token requires that

• the technical prerequisites are met,
• the applicable terms of use are complied with,
• a compatible blockchain wallet is used where applicable,
• and no statutory or regulatory reasons preclude use.

5.4 Changes to Usage Options

Drion AI AG is entitled to expand, adapt or restrict usage options of the NB7 Utility Token, taking into account the legitimate interests of users as well as for technical, economic, legal or regulatory reasons. Users will be informed of material changes in an appropriate manner.

5.5 No Entitlement to Specific Functions

There is no entitlement to the permanent provision of specific functions, services or usage options. Drion AI AG continuously develops the digital ecosystem and may expand, replace or discontinue individual functions, provided there is an objective reason for doing so.

5.6 Abusive Use

The NB7 Utility Token may be used exclusively in accordance with these Participation Terms, the General Terms and Conditions DLA-AGB-001 and the applicable statutory provisions. Abusive, fraudulent or unlawful use is prohibited.

5.7 Technical Restrictions

The availability of individual usage options may be temporarily restricted due to technical maintenance work, security measures, blockchain events or other circumstances. Drion AI AG endeavours to ensure the availability of the offered functions within the scope of the technical and organisational possibilities.

5.8 Supplementary Provisions

Supplementary terms of use may apply to individual applications, services or functions within the digital ecosystem of Drion AI AG. To the extent such special terms exist, they will be made available to the user prior to the respective use.

6. Wallet and Blockchain

6.1 Technical Prerequisite

To the extent the NB7 Utility Token is provided or used on a blockchain or a comparable distributed-ledger technology, its use generally requires the use of a compatible wallet. The wallets and technical prerequisites supported from time to time will be announced by Drion AI AG.

6.2 User Responsibility

The participant is solely responsible for the set-up, management and secure use of their wallet as well as for the secure storage of the associated access credentials, private keys, seed phrases or comparable authentication information. Drion AI AG has no access to this information and does not take custody of it.

6.3 Wallet Address

The participant is obliged to use only correct and compatible wallet addresses. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in transactions not being executed or not being executed properly.

6.4 Blockchain Transactions

Transactions of the NB7 Utility Token are – to the extent contemplated – processed via the respective supported blockchain. After successful confirmation within the respective blockchain network, transactions generally cannot be unilaterally reversed or cancelled.

6.5 Network Fees

To the extent network fees (gas fees) or comparable transaction costs arise for blockchain transactions, these are determined by the respective terms of the blockchain network used. Drion AI AG generally has no influence on the amount or structure of such fees.

6.6 Technical Changes

Drion AI AG is entitled to further develop or adapt the technical infrastructure, the supported blockchain networks or wallet integrations for technical, economic, security-related or regulatory reasons. Users will be informed of material changes in an appropriate manner.

6.7 Security Measures

Participants are obliged to take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect their wallet, their access credentials and their digital assets. This includes in particular the secure custody of private keys and seed phrases as well as protection against unauthorised access.

6.8 Liability for Wallet and Blockchain

Drion AI AG is not liable for damage or loss arising in particular from:

• loss or disclosure of private keys or seed phrases,
• incorrect wallet addresses,
• transactions to incorrect recipients,
• security incidents outside the area of responsibility of Drion AI AG,
• disruptions or outages of the respective blockchain network,
• or other circumstances beyond the control of Drion AI AG.

Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.

7. Transfer and Transactions

7.1 Principle

To the extent transfer of the NB7 Utility Token is technically contemplated and supported by Drion AI AG, transactions may be carried out exclusively in accordance with these Participation Terms and the technical and regulatory requirements applicable from time to time. There is no entitlement to transferability of the NB7 Utility Token at any time.

7.2 Execution of Transactions

Transactions are carried out exclusively on the basis of the inputs initiated and confirmed by the participant. The participant is obliged to carefully review all information, in particular wallet addresses and transaction data, prior to confirmation.

7.3 Irrevocability of Blockchain Transactions

To the extent transactions take place via a blockchain, they are generally irrevocable after successful confirmation within the respective blockchain network. A subsequent amendment, reversal or cancellation is regularly not technically possible.

7.4 Network Fees

Network fees (gas fees) or comparable transaction costs may arise for blockchain transactions. The amount of these fees is determined by the respective blockchain network and is beyond the control of Drion AI AG.

7.5 Restrictions

Drion AI AG is entitled to temporarily restrict or suspend transfers or transactions if, in particular, the following reasons exist:

• statutory or regulatory requirements,
• security measures,
• technical maintenance work,
• protection of the integrity of the digital ecosystem,
• suspicion of abusive or fraudulent conduct,
• disruptions of the blockchain network or comparable technical systems.

7.6 Participant Responsibility

The participant bears responsibility for all transactions initiated by them as well as for the accuracy of the information used in this context. In particular, the participant is liable for the use of correct wallet addresses and compliance with the technical prerequisites.

7.7 Erroneous Transactions

Drion AI AG is not liable for transactions that fail or are transmitted to incorrect recipients due to inaccurate information provided by the participant, incorrect wallet addresses, technical disruptions outside its area of responsibility, or blockchain-related characteristics. Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.

7.8 Further Development of Transaction Options

Drion AI AG may further develop, expand or adapt the technical options for transferring and executing transactions of the NB7 Utility Token, taking into account the legitimate interests of users as well as for technical, economic, legal or regulatory reasons. Users will be informed of material changes in an appropriate manner.

7.9 Internal Transactions within the Digital

Ecosystem To the extent Drion AI AG enables internal transfers or transactions of the NB7 Utility Token within the digital ecosystem, supplementary technical or organisational provisions may apply. These will be announced to users in an appropriate manner prior to their application.

8. Restrictions and Prohibited Use

8.1 Permitted Use

The NB7 Utility Token may be used exclusively within the framework of these Participation Terms, the General Terms and Conditions DLA-AGB-001, the applicable statutory provisions and the usage requirements published by Drion AI AG.

8.2 Prohibited Use

Use of the NB7 Utility Token is in particular not permitted if it

• violates applicable law,
• serves money laundering, terrorist financing or other criminal acts,
• serves the circumvention of statutory or regulatory requirements,
• occurs through technical manipulation or abusive interference,
• impairs the security, integrity or availability of the digital ecosystem of Drion AI

AG,

• infringes the rights of third parties,
• or is otherwise abusive or fraudulent.

This list is not exhaustive.

8.3 Automated Use

The use of automated systems, bots, scripts or comparable technologies for the abusive use or manipulation of the NB7 Utility Token or the associated platforms is not permitted, unless Drion AI AG has expressly authorised this.

8.4 Statutory and Regulatory Requirements

Participants undertake to comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to the use of the NB7 Utility Token. To the extent legally required, Drion AI AG may restrict or prohibit the use of individual functions or services.

8.5 Measures in the Event of Breaches

In the event of breaches of these Participation Terms or a reasonable suspicion of unauthorised use, Drion AI AG is entitled to take appropriate measures, taking into account the legitimate interests of the participant. These may include in particular:

• the temporary suspension of individual functions,
• the restriction or blocking of use of the NB7 Utility Token within the

digital ecosystem,

• the refusal or suspension of transactions,
• the blocking of the user account in accordance with the General

Terms and Conditions,

• the assertion of statutory claims.

8.6 Investigations

Drion AI AG is entitled to investigate cases of reasonable suspicion and, for this purpose, to evaluate the necessary information, provided this is done in accordance with the applicable data protection provisions. During an ongoing review, individual functions or transactions may be temporarily restricted.

8.7 No Entitlement to Continued Use

If, due to statutory, regulatory or security-related reasons, it is necessary to restrict or terminate use of the NB7 Utility Token, there is no entitlement to the continuation of individual usage options. Mandatory statutory rights of participants remain unaffected.

8.8 Reporting of Security Incidents

Participants are requested to notify Drion AI AG without delay, via the designated communication channels, of known security vulnerabilities, attempted manipulations or other security-related incidents affecting the NB7 Utility Token or the digital ecosystem. Reporting a suspicion does not confer any entitlement to a specific measure or response.

9. Changes to the NB7 Utility Token

9.1 Further Development of the NB7 Utility Token

Drion AI AG continuously develops the NB7 Utility Token and its usage options in order to adequately take into account technical innovations, statutory and regulatory requirements and the needs of users. This may include in particular the introduction of new functions, applications, integrations or usage options within the digital ecosystem of Drion AI AG, or the further development of existing ones.

9.2 Changes to Usage Options

Drion AI AG is entitled to expand, adapt or restrict the usage options of the NB7 Utility Token with effect for the future, provided there is an objective reason for doing so. An objective reason exists in particular in the case of:

• technical further developments,
• introduction of new platforms, applications or services,
• changes to statutory or regulatory requirements,
• security measures or prevention of abuse,
• further development of the digital ecosystem of Drion AI AG,
• economic or organisational reasons,
• other comparable objective reasons.

9.3 Technical Changes

Drion AI AG is entitled to adapt or further develop the technical infrastructure, supported blockchain networks, smart contracts or other technical components of the NB7 Utility Token, provided that the legitimate interests of users are adequately taken into account. To the extent necessary, users will be informed of material technical changes in good time.

9.4 Changes for Regulatory Reasons

If statutory, official or regulatory requirements necessitate changes to the provision or use of the NB7 Utility Token, Drion AI AG is entitled to make corresponding adjustments. This may include in particular restrictions of individual functions, additional security measures or compliance requirements.

9.5 Information of Users

Users will be informed of material changes to the NB7 Utility Token or these Participation Terms in good time and in an appropriate manner. To the extent legally required or contractually provided, the consent of users will be obtained.

9.6 Discontinuation of Individual Functions

Drion AI AG is entitled to discontinue or replace individual functions or usage options of the NB7 Utility Token, provided there is an objective reason for doing so. The legitimate interests of users will be adequately taken into account in this context.

9.7 Discontinuation of the NB7 Utility Token

Should the provision of the NB7 Utility Token have to be permanently discontinued for technical, economic, statutory or regulatory reasons, Drion AI AG will – to the extent legally and technically possible – inform users thereof with reasonable notice. Drion AI AG will endeavour to provide for appropriate transitional arrangements, to the extent this is technically, economically and legally possible. There is no entitlement to specific transitional measures.

9.8 Continued Validity of Other Agreements

Changes to or discontinuation of the NB7 Utility Token do not affect the validity of the General Terms and Conditions DLA-AGB-001, the Privacy Policy (DLA-DP- 001) or other supplementary agreements of Drion AI AG, unless these are expressly amended or revoked.

10. Data Protection

10.1

Processing of Personal Data Drion AI AG processes personal data of participants exclusively within the framework of the applicable data protection provisions and in accordance with the then-current Privacy Policy of Drion AI AG DLA-DP-001. The nature, scope, purposes, legal bases and duration of the processing of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy.

10.2

Processing in Connection with the NB7 Utility Token For the provision, administration and use of the NB7 Utility Token, Drion AI AG processes those personal data that are necessary for conducting participation, administering user accounts, processing transactions, fulfilling statutory and regulatory requirements and ensuring the security, integrity and prevention of abuse of the digital ecosystem. Processing takes place exclusively for the purposes provided for this and in accordance with the applicable data protection provisions and the Privacy Policy of Drion AI AG DLA-DP-001. To the extent the NB7 Utility Token is used to access further applications, services or functions within the digital ecosystem of Drion AI AG, the personal data processing required for this takes place exclusively within the framework of the applicable data protection provisions as well as the Privacy Policy of Drion AI AG DLA-DP-001.

10.3 Blockchain-Specific Data

To the extent the NB7 Utility Token is used on a blockchain or a comparable distributed-ledger technology, blockchain-related information, in particular public wallet addresses and transaction data, may, for technical reasons, be processed and stored permanently. Drion AI AG generally has no influence over the storage of publicly available blockchain data.

10.4

Use of Service Providers For the provision and administration of the NB7 Utility Token, Drion AI AG may engage external service providers. To the extent personal data are processed in this context, this takes place exclusively within the framework of the applicable data protection provisions and in accordance with the Privacy Policy DLA-DP-001.

10.5 Data Subject Rights

The rights of participants, in particular to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and other rights provided by law, are governed by the Privacy Policy of Drion AI AG (DLA-DP- 001) and the applicable data protection provisions.

10.6 Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy of Drion AI AG DLA-DP-001 may be updated in accordance with the provisions set out therein. The then-current version published on the platforms operated by Drion AI AG and designated as valid shall be authoritative.

11. Liability

11.1 Supplementary Application of the General

Terms and Conditions The liability of Drion AI AG is additionally governed by the liability provisions of the General Terms and Conditions DLA-AGB-001 in their respective applicable version. The following provisions supplement these exclusively with respect to the NB7 Utility Token.

11.2 Technical Availability

Drion AI AG does not warrant the availability at any time of the NB7 Utility Token, the underlying technical infrastructure or individual functions. In particular, maintenance work, technical disruptions, security measures, blockchain events or other circumstances beyond the control of Drion AI AG may lead to temporary restrictions.

11.3 Blockchain and Wallet

Use of the NB7 Utility Token takes place – to the extent applicable – on the basis of the respective blockchain technology. Drion AI AG is not liable for damage or loss arising in particular from:

• disruptions or outages of the blockchain network,
• incorrect or lost wallet access credentials,
• loss of private keys or seed phrases,
• incorrect wallet addresses,
• transactions to incorrect recipients,
• or other circumstances outside the area of responsibility of Drion AI AG.

Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.

11.4

Use of the NB7 Utility Token Use of the NB7 Utility Token takes place exclusively in accordance with these Participation Terms. Drion AI AG assumes no liability for disadvantages arising from participants not using, or not using in good time, usage options, functions or offerings of the digital ecosystem.

11.5 External Services

To the extent the NB7 Utility Token is used in connection with services, wallets, blockchain networks or other offerings of third parties, Drion AI AG assumes no liability for their availability, functionality or performance, to the extent these are not attributable to the area of responsibility of Drion AI AG.

11.6 Changes and Further Development

Drion AI AG is not liable for disadvantages arising from technical further developments, security measures or statutory or regulatory adjustments of the NB7 Utility Token that are required, provided such changes are made taking into account the legitimate interests of users. Drion AI AG endeavours to implement changes and further developments of the NB7 Utility Token in such a way that the legitimate interests of users are adequately taken into account and the continuity of the digital ecosystem is preserved to the extent technically and legally possible.

11.7 Statutory Liability

The liability of Drion AI AG for intent and gross negligence as well as under mandatory statutory provisions, in particular in the event of injury to life, body or health or under mandatory product liability law, remains unaffected.

12. Final Provisions

12.1 Supplementary Application of the General

Terms and Conditions To the extent these Participation Terms do not contain any provisions to the contrary, the General Terms and Conditions of Drion AI AG DLA-AGB-001 in their respective applicable version shall apply in addition.

12.2 Applicable Law

All legal relationships in connection with the NB7 Utility Token shall be governed by the substantive law of Switzerland, excluding conflict-of-laws rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory statutory consumer protection provisions of the state in which the participant has their habitual residence remain unaffected.

12.3 Place of Jurisdiction

To the extent legally permissible, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Participation Terms shall be the registered office of Drion AI AG. Mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction as well as mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.

12.4 Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these Participation Terms be or become wholly or partially invalid, unenforceable or void, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by the legally permissible provision that most closely approximates the economic purpose of the invalid or unenforceable provision. The same shall apply to any gaps in the provisions.

12.5 Amendments to these Participation Terms

Amendments to these Participation Terms shall be made exclusively for objective reasons, taking into account the legitimate interests of participants as well as the applicable statutory provisions. Participants will be informed of material changes in good time and in an appropriate manner.

12.6 Entry into Force

These Participation Terms enter into force upon their publication on Neos7.io or on the platforms operated by Drion AI AG. They apply to all participants in the NB7 Utility Token as of the time of their entry into force.

12.7 Document Management

These Participation Terms are maintained by Drion AI AG under the document identifier DLA-TOKEN-001. The version published on the platforms operated by Drion AI AG and designated as valid shall be authoritative in each case. Changes and versioning take place in accordance with the internal documentation and approval processes of Drion AI AG.
